Here at Back to Health we believe true Health and Wellbeing can only be achieved by patients and practitioners working together. This is why we are introducing our Partnership scheme.

Our Partnerships offer a tailored solution designed to support your wellbeing while delivering meaningful cost savings. With a convenient rolling monthly Direct Debit, you can enjoy the benefits of regular care alongside exclusive financial advantages. By becoming a Partner, you’re not only investing in your health with consistent treatment but also making ongoing care more accessible and affordable.

Partnerships are for patients whose acute pain has settled and who would like to continue with regular treatments on a maintenance or wellbeing basis, or as part of working towards their long-term health goals.

Our Direct Debit treatment plans are available for our Chiropractic, Osteopathy and Physiotherapy services, with the option of one, two or four sessions per month to suit your needs. If you require any additional appointments, Partners receive these at the discounted rate, meaning you’ll never need to pay full price. Chiropractic and Osteopathy sessions are £45.00 per session and Physiotherapy sessions are £50.00 per session. 

At Back to Health, we’re also proud to have a team of skilled support therapists offering treatments including Massage, Acupuncture, Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage. As a Partner, you’ll receive £5 off your first treatment for all our support therapy treatments, providing even more value.

FAQ’s

Do I have to sign up for a minimum term?

Partnerships are based on a ONE MONTH rolling contract. You can cancel anytime by giving one month’s notice.

If I’m away or ill and don’t come one month, do I lose that appointment and money?

No, any ‘unused’ appointments simply roll onto the next month. This can be done for up to three months.

Do I need to give you may bank details to sign up?

Getting started is simple, we send you a link to set up your Partnership via GoCardless. GoCardless is a global finance company that specialises in bank-to-bank payments, such as Direct Debits. It is used by thousands of businesses across the UK and the world and ensures your details are kept secure. We do not hold your bank details

When do I start benefiting from becoming a Partner?

Your Partner benefits begin straight away once you have completed your GoCardless form. This may mean you still have to pay as you go until your first Direct Debit payment is made but this would be at the discounted Partner rate.

Can I share my benefits with my partner/someone else?

All benefits are individual and therefore cannot be shared.

Can I change my plan if needed?

Our Partnership packages are designed to be flexible so that they meet your needs. If you and your practitioner decide that you would benefit from coming more regularly or spacing your appointments out, you can change your Partnership Package the following month.
