Pre-Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
Our Pre-Payment Plans are designed to reward patients with discounted treatment rates compared to our standard pay-as-you-go prices. Choosing a Pre-Payment Plan is entirely optional, and you are welcome to continue paying per session if you prefer.
Pre-Payment Plans are purchased from BTH Clinics Ltd rather than an individual practitioner. This means that if your care needs to be transferred to another practitioner for any reason, your treatment plan and remaining sessions will continue to be honoured.
Your practitioner will recommend a schedule of care based on your individual needs. As each treatment builds on the progress of the last, we encourage you to follow the recommended schedule to achieve the best possible results.
All Pre-Payment Plans must be used within 18 months of the purchase date.
If you require a refund on the remaining balance of a package you can request this by emailing [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within five working days. Please note it can take up to 10 days for refunds to be processed and issued by your bank.
Terms and Conditions for Partnership Plans:
Our monthly Partnership Plans are designed to reward our regular patients by offering discounted treatment rates compared to our standard pay-as-you-go pricing. However, the decision to pay per visit or join a Partnership Plan remains entirely your choice.
Monthly Partnership Plans are available once you have completed your initial phase of care
and have progressed into the maintenance stage of treatment. You practitioner will be able to advise you when this has occurred.
Partnership sessions are allocated to a specific treatment type and cannot be transferred between services on a like-for-like basis. Should you choose to switch treatment modalities, any sessions used will be recalculated at the standard rate for the new service, and any outstanding balance must be settled before further treatment is provided.
If you require additional sessions beyond those included in your monthly plan, these can be purchased at the discounted Partnership rate.
Partnership Plans may be paused for up to three months, provided the request is made by 15th of the preceding month.
Partnership payments are collected via GoCardless as a Direct Debit at the start of each month.
If a payment fails or is missed, you will be able to pay in clinic at the Partnership rate for that month. If it happens for a second month you will revert back to our standard prices for the treatment type and your Partnership will be deemed to have ended.
Please note that Partnership Plans operate independently from our appointment booking system. If your treatment frequency changes, you take an extended break from care, or you decide to discontinue treatment, you must contact us separately to amend or cancel your Partnership payments.
Although Partnership Plans are billed monthly, any unused sessions will remain available for an additional three months before they expire.
We require a written request for any changes to your Partnership plan (change of frequency, cancellation, pausing) must be made via email. These can be emailed to [email protected].
Please allow up to five working days for any requested changes to be processed.
Cancellations will be processed within five working days. If, however, we receive your email after 20th of the month, the payment cycle will have already started and your final Direct Debit payment will still be taken. This can either be used for a treatment or refunded back to your bank account. Please note it can take up to 28 days for refunds to be processed and issued by GoCardless.
As a consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel this Agreement within 14 days of signing up without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by email. If we have already received your first payment you will receive a refund within 28 days of your request to cancel, unless you have already received treatment under the Partnership, in which case you will the proportional amount owed to you for any unused treatments.
